There is no upcoming show in October. I figured, what a fine time to paint the gallery and get things squared away, holes filled in, some color… Before the next upcoming shows.

Art Show – September 2010

This September Joshua joined the Rhodes Gallery family. His wife and himself attended while accompanied by their long time friend and artist, Danny Bryant.

Not only was his show a success but accompanied by an amazing guest, Hurricane Earl.

I look forward to many more shows and a great friend in Joshua (wicked long name) Robinson.

Art Show – Rhodes Gallery August 2010

Danny Bryant’s show at Rhodes Gallery in August of 2010 was amazing. Friends and family came out from all over to support this budding artist. I am so excited that I get to be a part of this amazing person’s life and career.

With his amazing fiancé at his site, Rachel was there supporting him and being her loving self.

I look forward to watching his very bright career.

July 2010 – Rhodes Gallery Art Show

This show was so much fun. Long time friend, Greg Easton, who had such a huge impact on the gallery was amazing. Him and his wife attended with many of the models portrayed in his works.

With about 50-75 guests, we had fun long into the night with wine, beer, food by Chef Ricardo and music by Kevin Williams.

We Moved…

Well it’s official the Grand Re-Opening is set for this Friday. July 9th from 7-9 pm wee will be debuting the all new Rhodes Gallery & Studio in the mill “the Plant”. I have partnered up with Jason Mills in an attempt to have more creative energy in the gallery and a shoulder to lean on. Here’s to a fabulous opening. I hope you can join us.

It’s Been Awhile…

There have definitely been trials and tribulations along the way and I am currently on the hunt for a partner at the gallery to help with costs.

The site… Another step

So the theme of the website, including colors and pages has been put together. Now I just need to get everything else in order, like bios and artist lists… Wow, one step at a time. I have also set up a few networking sites like linked in, facebook, twitter and more… check them out and add away I just met with 3 artists who will be teaching at the gallery every week. I’m very excited and look forward to signing people up for them.
